To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

• Items that are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received
• All original tags, labels, and accessories included with the item

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because the item was defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, please contact us first to arrange for a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items
